ID for Business

At ID for Business, we believe that the best leaders don’t always come from outside but are often already within companies, waiting for the right opportunity and tools to grow.

This project was founded by Diego Caplan, creator of the ID for Ideas community, an initiative that, over the last four years, has helped more than 1,500 junior IT professionals develop their skills and land the jobs they truly want.

With over 12 years of experience as a trainer and leader in the IT sector, Diego has witnessed firsthand how internal talent development can transform teams and drive business growth.
